Yes: If you are bleeding more than 2 pads in an hour for several hours, you need to see your GYN asap. They need to initiate treatment for you. If you have weakness, fatigue, excessive tiredness, dizziness, you may be anemic and require blood transfusion. Seek help immediately. Best Wishes Dr M
