?migraine: Most likely you are experiencing paroxysmal vertigo, which is part of a migraine aura, followed by the headache. This can be prevented by either prescription drugs or OTC preparations. However, would behoove you to get to your doctor to have this more fully evaluated to make certain there is no alternative cause.
