? Fungal: Monilial diaper rash is very common in infants for different reasons: area wet, antibiotic administration, post loose stools,..keep the area dry and well aereated after a diaper change, use OTC anti fungal cream like clotrimazole 1% cream twice a day before using a barrier cream. If no improvement in few days see his pediatrician, best wishes for you both
