NO: Can cause perforation. If you have to use an enema it should be from a bag under gravity flow about 3-4 ft. above the floor. A better idea if you're constipated use Miralax (polyethylene glycol) and DSS as stool softeners and then go to Ducolax Suppositories using enemas as the last resort
