Urine infection: The usual symptoms for a urine infection are burning and frequent urination. It may feel like you have to go but only a trickle comes out. There may be an odor to the urine. Could have back pain or pain over the bladder. Sometimes can get fever and upset stomach. Will need to get checked to be sure it is an infection and begin treatment. Drink lots of fluids in the meantime.

UTI: Your symptoms are very suspicious for a bladder infection. Need to have a urinalysis and/or urine culture to see if infection before it gets up into your kidneys. In mean time, drink lots of water and avoid nicotine and caffeine, which can irritate your bladder more.
