No: I don't blame you for looking for answers, but you may have to reconcile yourself to the reality that modern medicine cannot (yet) provide an answer that satisfies you. We know what causes a myriad of diseases that were mysteries just a few years ago, but with many more we're not there yet. Your energy woild be better spent focusing on care (symptomatic relief) rather than cure.
