If past first pack,: If a woman is taking her birth control pills properly each day, and is already past her first pack of pills, then her chances of getting pregnant, regardless of whether or not he is using condoms, is about the same... very, very low. Condoms help prevent infections and some odors, so are good to use. If her monthly withdrawal periods keep coming and look normal, she is presumed not pregnant.
