Gonorrhea is not UTI: Nope. They are tested differently. There is not much evidence of false positives for gonorrhea testing.

No mistake: Gonorrhea is a urinary tract infection as it causes inflammation in the urethra. However, it is much more dangerous that a usual uti. Please make sure you get treated for it as soon as possible.
