I am currently on retuximab maintenance and my pneumococcal and haemophilus antibodies are suboptimal - can you tell me what this means?

Antibodies: Rituximab targets your B lymphocytes, some of these are in charge of producing antibodies. Perhaps the treatment is interfering somewhat with your antibody titers to these germs.
