Not known: According to the manufacturer, rituxan (rituximab) is considered Pregnancy Category 'C' -- this means: 'Use with caution if benefits outweigh risks. Animal studies show risk and human studies not available OR neither animal nor human studies done.' I know that's not much help; what I would advise is if you do become pregnant, please discuss this with your OB ASAP.
