A member asked:

I started menstruating on 13th. should 13th be counted as day 1 for follicular study or 14th as day 1?when should i have an intercourse to conceive?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Day 1=menses day 1: Since you started menstruating on the 13th, this first day of menstrual bleeding is usually regarded as the first day of your cycle. Your fertile days (which are your best days to have sexual vaginal intercourse with a fertile man) are usually 1 to 3 before you ovulate to 1 1/2 day after ovulation. Ask your Gyn or pharmacist what are best methods to determine your monthly ovulation/fertile days
