Problem with a nerve: More information would be helpful; top? bottom? How long? Getting worse? What aggravates? Sudden or gradual onset? Trauma? Medical issues? It could be a local nerve problem at the front of the foot, or further upwards along the course of the nerve; behind the inside ankle bone, for instance. Regards, Dr. Latva
