Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is a very complex issue with many possible causes. Mittelschmerz pain is brief and resolves quickly. If you are having persistent pain on one side then this likely warrants evaluation. See an Obgyn to be evaluated for ovarian cysts, infections and other possibilities.
