Fatigue & weight: There are lots of clues that lead me to suspect deficiency of testo or hGH in men, but the most common symptoms seem to be fatigue and weight gain, as well as a partial loss of sex drive and/or erectile dysfunction in the case of testo deficiency. You need blood labs (FSH, LH, testo, estradiol, GH, and IGF-1) to start, and a doc who is comfortable and experienced with male hormones. Good luck!!!
