Location is everythg: "Wheezing" is a very specific thing, from a doc's perspective. It is a sound created when small airways in the lungs become tight & produce a characteristic sound when you breathe. LOTS of things can cause breathing noise, but aren't "wheezing" in the textbook sense. Don't give up!. I suspect you have a slight obstruction in your throat or something. I'd X-ray your throat for starters. God bless!
