More info?: Heavy, sore breasts can certainly go along with early pregnancy. But more often, I see this with estrogen overload, and in a woman your age, it is often due to hormonal imbalance due to birth control. I'd recommend full female hormone labs (FSH, LH, estradiol, testosterone, progesterone, prolactin, etc) and evaluation by a doc skilled in "bioidentical" women's hormones. Best of luck!!!
