Hard to know: since you don't describe "rough foreplay". There are lots of conditions that could cause some brown discharges, and they vary considerably in appearance. You could try taking warm sitz baths in case it is just some bruising or vaginal tearing (we heal very well down there), but if you have any pain or have or have had symptoms of pregnancy, get a pregnancy test or see a clinician.
