Could there be harmful consequences if you take aleve (naproxen) all day strong 220mg for chronic pain in the long term (i don't have any problems with bleeding)?

Chronic NSAID use: Yes, there are potential side effects to prolonged NSAID use. Damage to your liver and kidneys, easy bruising/bleeding to name a few. Speak with your doctor about alternatives and perhaps rotate these medications in and out of your regimen from time to time.
