Menstrual cramping: I suggest a GYN evaluation and if you are having unprotected intercourse, get a blood pregnancy test. You are describing menstrual and pre- menstrual cramping, usually relieved with the use of Advil or Aleve (naproxen) if not allergic to these medications.
