Hard to say: YOu have provided no history but here are a few things to think about. What kind of activity are you doing? ARe you just walking or are you an athlete and doing some kind of exercise. ARE you walking and have strained a muscle. ARe you using a treadmill or ellipitical that you might have strained your leg. See an ortho to make sure and you may need some PT to make it better
