Pregnancy headache: Headaches are often difficult to address in pregnancy. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe, adding a high caffeine beverage will add to its effectiveness. Sometimes caffeine withdrawal headaches occur. Always take an last dose of Tylenol (acetaminophen) when you feel better to prevent recurrence or rebound headaches. Really push the fluids as well. Hope you feel better.
