It varies: There are different "recipes" for GI cocktails, though they typically include an antacid (such as Maalox), viscous lidocaine (to numb the GI tract), and an antispasmodic agent to relieve stomach cramps. To know the exact ingredients in yours, you'd have to ask your doctor.
