Many possibilities: This can be normal. Many times as you are becoming used to a certain birth control your bleeding can be atypical for you. Of course, bleeding also can be a sign of pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test. If positive please see your doctor. If it is negative and bleeding is extremely heavy you should see your physician before you develop symptoms of anemia ( low blood count.)
