See below: Symptoms vary and may range from no symptoms to flank pain radiating to the lower abdomen or groin. Pain comes and goes in waves and fluctuates in intensity & may worsen with urination. Fevers and chills may happen if there is infection. Nausea and vomitting may happen. If there is obstruction, urology consultation is recommended.
