Maybe a new one: August was 8 months ago. There is no way that a normal woman would not notice a 8-month baby fetus inside her pelvis. Her uterus would be sticking out a lot. However, there could be a much younger pregnancy, in which her uterus is not noticeable yet. To check for a more recent pregnancy, one can do a home urine pregnancy test. They are very accurate if 3 weeks have passed since having sex.
