Curious statement: Why would you think a "man" does not masturbate? Self sex is a normal practice which generally peaks in early adolescence but may continue through life. It is frowned on in many cultures and seldom discussed.I suppose you need to understand why this brings so much guilt and work on ways to develop social skills that permit a more "approved" sexual outlet.
