No risk: They're called sexually transmitted for a reason. STDs are not simply infections that happen to involve the genital area. The bacteria and viruses that transmit them evolved to require sex for transmission. In theory, such a hand would could be infected, but in my 40 years in the STD business I have never seen such a case. Don't worry about it.
