Maybe: Its not normal to only menstruate once every 3 months. This may mean you are not ovulating. There are many causes for anovulation such as PCOS, Thyroid problems, Diabetes, etc. Its best to have it checked out by an Ob/Gyn and find out for sure what is going on as there are health-consequences to long-term anovulation.
