Depends: If both of you are quite fertile - very likely - less if eou're less. Testing is more reliable about a week after the missed period date. So if you're late - give it a week and test. It sounds like you should ask for some good info on the topic at the clinic or pharmacy. Knowledge is a good thing!

In the future if this happens and you don't want to get pregnant, consider using Emergency Contraception ("morning after pill") or get on contraception such as birth control pills, shots, etc. You should test if you don't start your period when it is supposed to start or 2 weeks after intercourse.
