Alternative: Treatment (Herbal etc) , in my opinion, should only be tried with the SUPERVISION of a treating HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL and should be offered along with ACCEPTED SCIENTIFICALLY BASED TREATMENT..In the case of TUMERIC and Inflammatory Bowel Disease there are no scientifically based medical studies showing the benefit of this therapy!!
