May need medical che: It depends on how many days old is this injury??. Most skin wounds and cuts heal in 7-10 days. As long as there is no drainage(Pus), pain or fever, it may heal by itself. otherwise you need a medical examination for possible antibiotic use to make it heal better and avoid a bad scar after it has healed.
