I have been experiencing migrain, what should i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Migraines: Keep a migraine diary to see if you can figure out your migraine triggers, so that you can avoid them. Track diet, drinks, activities, sleep, screen time. Look up common triggers and see if anything applies to you. Often, Excedrin migraine helps people (combo of aspirin, tylenol (acetaminophen) and caffeine). If that doesn't help, there are many prescriptions that your dr can have you try. Take along your diary.
