Avoid Triggers: Most migraine sufferers have some things that trigger the migraine - caffiene, stress, chocolate, other foods or activities - it can be almost anything. Try to keep track of what you were doing or eating a short while (up to 2-3 hours) before migraines came on and try to avoid that. This may reduces frequency but most sufferers still will have some migraines regardless & meds may be only option.
