Voltaren (diclofenac): Good anti-inflammatory and mild analgesic. An antihistamine, like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may help control premenstrual pain. Rule out renal problems and other female problems. At this point, if you usually have a painful menses wait, otherwise see your PCP soon.
