See your OB/Gyn : The vagina and vulva (area on the outside of the vaginal canal) can have many different lesions or colored bumps. Without seeing the lesion it is hard to know what it could be. A biopsy should be considered to remove if it persists. Moles, skin tags, STDs and even cancer like melanoma can cause these lesions. See your local doctor or gynecologist to assess and possibly remove.
