Could you ever have all symptoms of autism and not have autism?

Not likely : Who has decided that all the symptoms are present but yet not made the diagnosis? A medical provider needs to be involved in this process . There are standard guidelines for making the diagnosis based on observed and reported behaviors and delays and is usually diagnosed at young age. Individuals with classic aspergers could get missed and not diagnosed till older. Need professional evaluation.
