Infection?: If you had been drinking coffee without any problem and this swelling occurred suddenly without itching, I suspect that it is not from the coffee. The pustule points to an infection instead. See your doctor to see if you may need an antibiotic. Rarely coffee bean may get contaminated from the bag used to pack them (castor bean contaminated had been reported).
