Lots of possible: Your symptoms could have multiple causes. Diabetes, hypoglycemia, electrolyte imbalance, infection....just to name a few. I'd recommend getting into your PCP or an Urgent Care to start the workup. Probably PCP would be better since it may take a few visits.
