Suffered hypoxia after birth. find reading/talking aloud for periods at time strenuous. what to do to improve comfort in speaking for long periods?

Stamina: You have obviously found many ways to compensate for any longterm deficits from the hypoxia, so good for you! I suspect the best way to improve comfort speaking for long periods is to practice doing it, and gradually build up your tolerance. That may be important if it is a requirement for you at work. If it's a problem with friends, remind them that you tire easily. They'll understand.
