Painful urination: You may have an infection in the urethra or the bladder (called a urinary tract infection = UTI). This usually causes burning pain with urination, a sense of having to go frequently, yet not much comes out. You may have lower pelvic discomfort or cramping. This is easy to test for and treat. Go to a nearby clinic for a simple urine test.
