The 16th is 4 days: away. Your menstrual flow should be tapering off by then. While the hormones in birth control, the morning after pill and progesterone only pills can delay a period, once it's started, none of them are likely to be effective and aren't medically approved for this situation. A superabsorbent tampon and panty shield are your best bet if you're still on your period. Enjoy!
