Pelvic infection?: The combination of abnormal vaginal discharge or bleeding, plus low abdominal pain or cramps, suggests a problem in the uterus or fallopian tubes. If pregnant, you may be miscarrying. If not, then STDs are a good bet, e.g. gonorrhea or chlamydia causing pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection), especially if any fever or if at risk for STD. See a doctor ASAP. Good luck!
