Fungal lung infection is it serious or easily treated with antifungal meds? doc was hard to understand about seriousness and not sure what to expect

Depends: I would hate to give a vague answer, however it depends on the specific organism causing disease (ie fungal pneumonia), overall health status of the patient and whether the patient has been on any other immunosuppressant medications or not.
