Not enough: Not enough information. Could be mucocele, cyst, ulcer, traumatic lesion, and so many other things. The wisest thing you could do would be to have your Dentist examine you visually, palpated the lesion, record its size and position, and advise you as to treatment or refer you for care. Can't do that for you based on "round white mass" alone.

Mass: There are a number of things that this could be. This needs to be seen in person to determine exactly what this mass is. The best thing for you to do is see a dentist for an evaluation.
