Anxiety, GERD: Commend yourself for “Chest x rays okay, PFT good., Lungs sound clear” Globus is a feeling, as if you have a lump in your throat but there is no physical swallowing problem. It is due to or stress causing Anxiety, and may be associated with Acid Reflux from the stomach. whistling with exhalation is likely is due to mucus in Bronchi.
