Exam needed: It's possible that these lesions are from a herpes virus infection and, since there is treatment available if this is the diagnosis, get examined by your physician or dermatologist. Nevertheless whatever the diagnosis is, it wouldn't be lethal. Get examined while the lesions are visible.
