Vaginal discharge: Any new or abnormal vaginal discharge should be professionally evaluated. There are several possible causes -- you can get clues based on presence or absence of odor, color of discharge, other symptoms like itching/irritation. The combination of discharge plus heavier than normal period could mean an infection like STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia). So don't delay; see a doctor ASAP. Good luck!
