Arthritis : In someone so young, I would consider an inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus. These types of arthritis are not the same as "old age" osteoarthritis which is what everyone thinks of when you mention the term arthritis. Inflammatory arthritis is often associated with fatigue. I suggest that you see a rheumatologist.
