I have joint pain all over, i've been extremely tired a lot. i'm only 30 and i'm not sure what's causing this. i've been tested for flu, and other com?

Arthritis : In someone so young, I would consider an inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus. These types of arthritis are not the same as "old age" osteoarthritis which is what everyone thinks of when you mention the term arthritis. Inflammatory arthritis is often associated with fatigue. I suggest that you see a rheumatologist.

I agree with a rheumatology evaluation and the above answers, but also very high on the list of possible culprits is fibromyalgia, which has a very good prognosis these days.
