Getting the liquid: From the blister is what you want to achieve. Sometimes, if you soak the toe squeezing the blister can erupt it, if not with a sterile needle one can lightly and carefully pierce the roof allow the fluid to escape then apply a topical antibiotic bandage.

This needs: attention since it is in a "vulnerable" place and may rupture and become infected (bacteria on feet are notorious sources of skin infections) See your Family Care provider who may want to refer you to a Podiatrist! Hope this helps! Dr Z
