Pelvic infection?: Assuming the discharge is vaginal, it sounds like you have a serious problem, maybe pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection). This kind of problem can be adequately diagnosed and treated only by in-person medical care. You know it is nonsense to avoid care for fear of going to the doctor. You are taking a far greater health risk by not getting the care you need. Do it today.
